Privacy Policy

Agentor is built around consent. We only work with information you give us directly. We do not scrape social platforms, and we do not build profiles of you or anyone else from data you did not provide. We align our practices with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

Account data: your email and authentication details.

Creator profile: details you choose to add, such as your name, niche, rates, and audience numbers.

Deal information: the brand offers, briefs, or contracts you paste or upload, and the deals, deliverables, and payments you track.

Performance inputs: if you share a screenshot of your own Instagram Insights, we extract the numbers (such as reach and views) — see below.

When you upload a screenshot of your own analytics, it is sent for one-time AI extraction of the numbers, and the image is deleted immediately after extraction and is never stored. Only the extracted figures (for example, follower count and recent reach) are saved, so Agentor can tailor your rate guidance.

When you submit a deal, it goes into a private queue and is reviewed by the Agentor team using AI tooling that we operate ourselves — a human on our team supervises every verdict before it reaches you. It is not an anonymous, fully automated pipeline, and your submission is not sent to an AI provider to be answered on its own. This is why we promise a verdict within 24 hours rather than instantly.

During that review we read what you sent — the offer text, any brief or contract, screenshots, and your voice note — and research public information about rates and the brand. Your files stay in our private storage and are read only for the length of the review; they are never copied onto personal devices or into our logs.

Voice notes are deleted after they are transcribed, and we do not keep the audio. Uploaded briefs, contracts, and screenshots remain in private storage until you delete the deal.

Separately, if you use the content review tool for a caption or script, that text is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate the feedback. We do not send your data to OpenAI to train their models.

When your verdict or a follow-up answer is ready, we send a short notification email through our email provider, Resend, so you know to open Agentor. That email contains a link and nothing else — we never put deal details, rates, or contract terms in email. Results live inside your account only.

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase. Private records are protected by row-level security so that each account can only read its own deals, reviews, files, and payments. Contract files live in a private storage bucket scoped to your account. We never expose secret keys to the browser.

We do not sell your data. We do not scrape creators. We do not publish your private deals — your public creator page only shows the profile, rate card, and media-kit details you explicitly choose to make public.

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Deleting a deal removes its associated review, deliverables, payments, and any uploaded file. To close your account or request deletion, email privacy@agentor.app.
