Agentor
Refund Policy
Agentor is a free beta right now. Nothing is charged, so nothing needs refunding. These terms will apply to purchases made once payments are switched on.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Today: nothing is charged
Agentor is free for creators during the beta. We do not collect payments, we do not ask for card or UPI details, and there is no plan to cancel. If a page ever asks you to pay while the beta is on, it is a mistake — do not pay, and tell us.
What we will sell later
One detailed analysis of one brand deal, for ₹499, paid once for that deal. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing is billed monthly or yearly, and buying one analysis never signs you up for another.
If you have a valid creator or affiliate code, the discount is applied at checkout after we confirm the code. The amount you are asked to pay is always shown before you pay it.
When you can get your money back
The analysis is delivered digitally. Because it is prepared for your specific deal, it is generally non-refundable once it has been delivered to you.
You will get a full refund if:
the payment went through but the analysis was never delivered; you were charged more than once for the same deal; or money left your account and no access was given. In each of those cases we either fix the access or refund you in full — your choice.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — the same UPI ID, card, or bank account the money came from. We cannot send a refund anywhere else. It usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, and the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider, not on us.
How to ask
Ask within 7 days of the charge, and include the payment reference and the email on your account. A published support address will be listed here before payments are switched on.
