Agentor is a business tool for creators and influencers. It reads a brand offer you provide, explains the terms in plain language, estimates a fair rate range, drafts negotiation replies, flags possible compliance points, and helps you track the deal through delivery and payment.

Agentor provides business guidance and compliance education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and using Agentor does not create any professional or advisory relationship. Our outputs are generated with the help of AI and can be incomplete or wrong. For decisions that carry legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional before you act.

Agentor does not guarantee any outcome and does not protect you from disputes, claims, penalties, or losses. You remain responsible for the deals you accept and the content you publish.

If you create sponsored content in India, you are subject to the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which is enforced by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). In short: disclose paid partnerships in a clear, upfront way (not buried in hashtags), and do not make claims you cannot substantiate — especially in health, nutrition, and finance. Agentor can help you notice these points, but you are responsible for complying with them.

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. Only upload documents and details you have the right to share. Do not use Agentor to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to access other users' data.

You keep ownership of the offers, contracts, and details you upload. You grant Agentor permission to process them only to provide the service to you. How we handle and store this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Agentor is currently a free beta. Access is available to creators who create an account with their email and can change if the beta closes. No payment is required, and no card or UPI details are collected, and there is nothing to cancel.

When payments open in India through Razorpay, the only product will be a one-time analysis of a single brand deal at ₹499. That is not a subscription — nothing renews and nothing is billed monthly or yearly. Our Refund Policy will apply to purchases made from that point.

Agentor is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause, or change features as the product evolves. To the extent the law allows, Agentor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
